- We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during promotional sales may take 3-4 business days to process
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- Please log in to your account to view your recent order history and status. If you do not have an account with us, please contact us and we will be happy to update you with your order status. Orders that are “processing” have been received and are in our queue.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email. We will not be able to make changes to your order via paypal comments or after your order has shipped.
- US domestic orders: USPS standard shipping: orders typically arrive between 2-9 business days after shipment. For orders $0 – $100. A flat rate shipping fee of $5 will apply.
- Classy Couture Boutique is not responsible for items once they are shipped from location. Please contact your postal service if your tracked package says delivered and you have not received it.
- Please make sure that your shipping address is correct (also on PayPal) before submitting.
USPS express shipping: orders typically arrive between 1-2 business days after shipment. Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery. Express orders placed after 11 am est will be shipped the following business day.
